Four Dimensions of Intelligence Profile (4D-i)
The 4D-i is a unique tool which does two things. It provides personal awareness of core leadership competencies AND it provides immediate ways to build on these skills. Unlike other profiling tools, the 4D-i offers a way to grow and develop intelligence. The four dimensions of intelligence include creativity, understanding, decision making and personal spirit. Both intellect and instinct are appreciated within this tool. The 4D-I is a pathway to improved personal satisfaction and increased job performance.
Enliven Your Life
Enliven! Consulting builds on individual 4D-I profiles by providing coaching services to help individuals reach growth goals. Individuals can expect to identify key areas in which growth will make a positive contribution to their work and personal lives, and to create realistic growth goals in these areas. The coaching process will hold individuals accountable to their goals.
Smart for Life
The Smart for Life workshop builds on the Four Dimensions of Intelligence profile to help participants build their skills in the areas of creativity, understanding, decision making and personal spirit. Group members will appreciate each other in new ways, and individuals will be empowered to improve self management based on their unique assets. The organization can expect improvement in team work, communication and problem solving as a result of this workshop.

This workshop helps groups or individuals achieve high quality solutions to any problem. It uses the thinking strategies identified in the ground breaking Four Dimensions of Intelligence profile. Understanding, creativity, decision making and personal spirit are harnessed, resulting in confidence to move forward with collaboratively developed solutions.
Growing Young Leaders
The Growing Young Leaders workshop helps upcoming leaders build their thinking skills in the areas of creativity, understanding, decision making and personal spirit. Individuals will be empowered to improve self management based on their unique assets. They will experience new approaches to team work, communication and problem solving. The language and concepts learned will transfer over to relationships and projects at home as well.
