Team Building for Educators

Educators work in an ever-changing environment with unlimited opportunities for exploration. Educators can become isolated as they pursue their discipline. The challenge at the school level is to harness the resources of each educator and work as a team. The goal is to form a professional learning community that corporately cares for each child. “Team Building for Educators” creates awareness of and appreciation for individual differences in preferred thinking styles. It then builds on this awareness to provide training in communication and problem solving. The result is a common language for working as a team, and encouragement to do so.
